Clinical Facilitator Role
The Clinical Facilitator position supports the integration of theoretical knowledge into a hospital setting by assisting student nurses and midwives.
* Performs clinical tasks and provides guidance to students.
* Facilitates learning and professional development through working as a practitioner, role model, and assessor.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivers education and training to student nurses and midwives.
2. Evaluates student progress and provides constructive feedback.
3. Participates in quality improvement initiatives.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* Recent experience in specialty areas such as perioperative care, critical care, maternity services, or neonatal care.
Eligibility Criteria:
* A valid working visa (for fixed-term appointments) or Australian citizenship/permanent residency/indefinite visa.
