Responsibilities
* Working closely with the Store Manager to ensure that targets and KPIs are met and exceeded
* In the absence of the Store Manager, leading the team independently to set and achieve goals
* Overseeing the daily operations of customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security and stock management

* The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team – you'll be your team's number 1 hype person and your Store Manager's right hand!
