Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for motivated and curious graduates who are ready to kick-start a rewarding career in systems auditing and consulting. You will thrive in this role if you are:
- Genuinely interested in quality, safety and environmental systems
- Confident working independently and as part of a team-oriented team
- A strong communicator – able to engage professionally with diverse clients and write clear, concise reports
- Flexible, open-minded, and ready to learn
- Willing to travel at times
- A graduate with a degree in Business, Commerce, Communications, Engineering, Psychology, or Management
- You will be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
What you’ll be doing
You’ll receive formal training and real-world experience while supporting our team of experienced auditors and consultants. Your responsibilities will grow over time and include:
- Assisting experienced auditors in conducting audits across Quality (ISO 9001), Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001) and Environmental (ISO 14001) management systems
- Developing audit plans, tools and checklists
- Leading parts of audits and contributing to full audit reports
- Consulting with clients to support improvements in their management systems
- Managing and owning specific projects which may be assigned to you

Career Pathways
During the Graduate Program, you’ll gain exposure to different career pathways across our auditing and consulting business areas. At the end of the 12-month program, you’ll be able to choose your preferred pathway in one of the following:
- Integrated Management System Auditor – performing internal or external audits against ISO standards including ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- Management Systems Consultant – supporting system implementation, continuous improvement and compliance cross client projects
- Sector Specialist – focusing the above expertise in areas such as defence, manufacturing, healthcare and more.
These roles reflect the natural progression of skills built through ISO audit experience, consulting and client engagement.
