Our Head office is located in Mount Pritchard and supports businesses across NSW, QLD, VIC and the ACT.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a vibrant and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our close-knit team on a permanent full-time basis, based in Mount Pritchard.The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for processing, verifying and reconciling supplier invoices and completing payments in accordance with payment terms and agreed service level agreements.
You will ensure you keep the lines of communication open between stakeholders and the management team regarding payment details and report internally on a daily cashflow report.Your duties will include, but are not limited to:Capture all supplier invoices and credit notes in our automated Accounts Payable softwareEnsure all invoices are coded, properly authorised with any supporting documentation attached, processed and paid in accordance with payment termsRespond to vendors and stakeholders' queries in a timely and professional mannerSet up payments in relevant banking platforms in accordance with scheduled payment runsMaintain the Creditors Master Files and our automated Accounts Payable softwareIN YOUR TOOLKITTo be successful in securing this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and experiences:At least 3-5 years of work experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable roleKnowledge of bookkeeping and accountancy skillsExperience in hospitality and clubs' industry - desirableExceptional attention to detail, organisational and customer service skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritise, and work efficiently whilst managing a range of responsibilities across multipleAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPositive and professional attitudeExperience with Adept or similar ERP and Medius (AP Automation System) or similarWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
