What You'll Be Doing
This is a hands‐on role where no two days are the same. As a Trade Sales Assistant, you'll be the key point of contact for our customers in Far North Queensland (Cairns)—whether they visit the branch, call, or reach out via email. Your responsibilities will include processing orders, conducting stock checks, replenishing inventory, responding to order enquiries, and coordinating deliveries for local customers. From assisting at the service counter to managing stock and supporting promotional activities, you'll play an active role in all aspects of daily branch operations.

What We're Looking For
* A current and unrestricted Class C Driver Licence or higher
* Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
* A Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain a Forklift Licence
* Previous experience working in a Trade Retail environment
* Computer skills – SAP and Microsoft Office experience
