About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and drive the strategic success of Templestowe Views Care Community.

What You'll Bring:
✔️ Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a service-driven environment (aged care, health, hospitality, or community sectors).

✔️ A strong commercial and financial acumen, paired with an unwavering passion for delivering exceptional quality care.
✔️ Exceptional communication skills and a visible, hands-on leadership style.
✔️ A deep understanding of quality frameworks, regulatory standards, and risk management.
