Job Overview
The Role of Security Supervisor is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing site-based security operations and managing a team of Security Officers.
As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel and assets on site, as well as implementing effective strategies for engaging with persons of interest.
* Lead and manage a team of Security Officers to ensure smooth site operations
* Oversee the site-based control room and CCTV system to maintain high levels of security awareness
* Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and implement mitigating strategies
* Respond promptly to calls for assistance and alarm events, ensuring a swift resolution to any security incidents
Key Selection Criteria:
* Valid Security Licence is essential for this role
* Basic First Aid and CPR certification is required
* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within security or a related field is preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building relationships with stakeholders
