Key Responsibilities
* Provision of clinical supervision and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services by trained professionals.
* Ensure that all clinical staff are appropriately orientated, provided with adequate supervision, training and professional development opportunities to excel in their roles.
* Regularly review clinical practice and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
This role plays a critical part in supporting the growth and development of our clinical services, ensuring they remain evidence-based and innovative. As a Senior Clinical Advisor, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of these services and overseeing their implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical practice, with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a senior clinician.
