We only buy investment-grade properties that we’d put in our own portfolios, and hopefully in yours as you grow your own portfolio. The Role
Buyer’s Agent (Experienced Only)
You’ll work directly with our Director, Joe Tucker (co-founder of Aus Property Investors 82,000+ members strong), to source, negotiate, and secure epic properties for everyday Aussies who want to change their financial future. You’ll be backed by the best tools, data, and support in the game, including our internal property mapping tech, agent networks, and operations team. Your job? Focus on what you do best: buying the right properties at the right price for the right people.
What You’ll Do
- Hunt down and acquire investment-grade properties in high-growth areas (where our data points to).
- Conduct due diligence, inspections, reports, and negotiations.
- Liaise with our mortgage brokers, conveyancers, property managers, and inspectors.
- Deliver outstanding client experiences and make their goals your mission.
- Negotiate like a beast. Bid at auctions. Win deals others miss.
- Track every detail from engagement through settlement.
- Build real relationships with agents and industry pros.
- Have 1+ years of experience as a Buyer’s Agent.
- Hold a Class 1 Real Estate License (or Class 2 and working toward Class 1).
- Have purchased multiple investment properties yourself, you walk the talk.
- Know what makes a property truly investment-grade.
- Can influence, negotiate, and communicate like a pro.
- Have grit, resilience, and a high-performance mindset.

Requirements / Qualifications
- You’ve got 1+ years of experience as a Buyer’s Agent.
- You hold a Class 1 Real Estate License (or Class 2 and are working toward Class 1).
- You’ve purchased multiple investment properties yourself, you walk the talk.
- You know what makes a property truly investment-grade.
- You can influence, negotiate, and communicate like a pro.
- You’ve got grit, resilience, and a high-performance mindset.
