About You
We're looking for someone with calm energy, emotional maturity and genuine care for young people.
Experience in OOHC, Youth Work, Residential Care or Mental Health
Strong communication and teamwork
Confidence responding to daily challenges
Reliability, professionalism and compassion
Highly regarded: mental health, disability or complex needs experience.
Qualifications
Certificate IV or higher in Youth Work, Community Services
Strong documentation and computer skills
Understanding of therapeutic, person-centred and strengths-based care
