Our roster is designed to support work-life balance, with longer shifts that typically mean 3–4 shifts per week, giving you more proper downtime between shifts. Perfect for night owls, early birds, and adaptable creatures alike. The Cases If unusual and complex cases make your tail wag, you’ll feel right at home. Our caseload ranges from: Critical emergency presentations Complex medical cases Emergency surgery The occasional “how did that even happen?” patient You’ll work alongside experienced ECC clinicians, skilled emergency nurses, and supportive leadership, with access to senior veterinarians and our internal medicine specialist. What We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from veterinarians who: Hold a Veterinary degree recognised in Australia Are eligible for veterinary registration in the ACT Have an interest or passion for emergency and critical care Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment Are motivated to learn, grow, and support their colleagues ECC experience is great - but not essential if you are eager to develop your emergency skills.
