We are hiring a graphic designer to help bring strategy to life across brand, web and user journeys.
This role will work closely with the founder to translate thinking into clear, well structured design that helps businesses grow.
The work will primarily include website design, user journey mapping, brand systems and marketing assets.
We are looking for someone who understands that design is not decoration. It is how ideas become clear, usable and commercially effective.
This is a remote role, but we occasionally meet in a Surry Hills/City based office in person.
Key responsibilities
* Designing website layouts and page structures that prioritise usability and conversion
* Creating clear user journeys and visual flows that show how people move through a product or website
* Developing brand systems that can scale across digital channels
* Translating marketing strategy into landing pages, campaign creative and digital assets
* Working collaboratively with marketing strategists and developers
* Ensuring design decisions support clarity, usability and commercial outcomes
* Presenting work clearly and explaining the thinking behind it
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years experience in digital or product design
* Strong experience designing websites and digital user journeys
* Comfortable working in Figma or similar design tools
* Understanding of UX principles and conversion focused design
* Ability to explain design thinking clearly
* Strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently in a small, fast moving team
