Job Title:
Project Delivery Leader
The Chief Programme Delivery Officer will lead and manage various ERP system deployment projects, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing detailed project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to achieve program goals.
* Overseeing the execution of individual projects within the program, effectively managing interdependencies to achieve successful outcomes.
* Facilitating regular communications and meetings, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the project.
* Driving innovation and enhancing operational efficiency to align with organisational objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in successfully planning, managing, implementing, and deploying complex projects concurrently.
* Ability to navigate the intricacies and difficulties associated with complex projects, delivering programs punctually and within allocated resources.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to utilise a variety of project management tools.
* Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology (or a related field) is ideally required.
