Residential Valuation Professional Opportunity
This role is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage business opportunities while achieving personal annual targets.
About the Role
The key responsibility areas are operational focus with maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have strong residential valuation skills combined with exceptional communication and business development skills. A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications, CPV status, significant experience in the residential valuation space, attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills are all required.
