Coniston Bakery are an established brand in Wollongong. Our brand is constantly evolving and growing therefore we would be looking for people with passion for food and quality. This position is Afternoon shift, commencing at 4pm. Roster would either be Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.
Who we are looking for:
The right candidate will need -
* Experience in bread making including sourdough
* Experience in molding and shaping
* A passion, positive and creative attitude towards producing quality work
Roles and responsibilities:
The right candidate will be required to -
* Take the extra mile to deliver quality products
* Work under pressure in a high volume bakery
* Manage work flow according to production levels
* Manage stock to ensure products are fresh and always able to meet demand
Above award and negotiable salary is available for the right applicant.
