About the Role As Talent Acquisition Leader, you will: Lead national sourcing initiatives to attract high potential talent across both experienced hires and graduate recruitment programs. Optimise recruitment through advanced technologies, including AI-driven tools, to improve candidate identification, engagement and selection. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver against strategic hiring priorities. Balance innovative sourcing strategies with proven channels such as LinkedIn, SEEK, recruitment partners and university collaborations. Partner with our Marketing and Communications team to champion ADG's

brand. Provide regular reporting and insights on recruitment priorities and outcomes. About You You are a motivated Talent Acquisition professional with: Bachelor's degree in human resources management or alike (advantageous) 5+ years working within an Engineering Consultancy setting or similar industry Demonstrated experience in sourcing strategic hires, experienced engineers and graduates. Engagement and influencing skills with Executive and Senior Leaders. A creative approach to attracting talent, with confidence in selling our value proposition about what makes ADG unique.
