Role Description
Right at Home provides exceptional in-home care in the Kalgoorlie and Wheatbelt regions. We seek passionate, client-focused Personal Care Workers to join our team. Our staff treat clients with care and respect, working in a supportive environment that encourages growth and meaningful contribution.

Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support daily activities per the care plan.
* Collaborate with Registered Nurses to deliver tailored care, including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition support.
* Identify and address care needs in partnership with the care team.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
* Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep to promote independence.
* Maintain accurate records and report concerns promptly.
* Support mobility and wound care under RN supervision.

Qualifications
* Cert III in Aged Care/Disability or equivalent.
* Current First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certifications (with at least 3 months validity).
* Reliable vehicle, insured, with a driver's license.
* Recent Federal Police Clearance.
* Willingness to travel and flexible shifts.
* Empathy, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and safety protocols.
Preferred Skills
* Understanding of person-centered care.
* Multilingual abilities are a plus.
