The Senior Technical Consultant Service Now, is a high-performing member of our consulting team, responsible for delivering exceptional Service Now projects and services to clients across the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Develop, configure, and customize the Service Now platform to meet business requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address business needs.
* Explore and test Service Now's out-of-the-box capabilities before considering custom builds.
* Conduct code reviews and quality control to ensure maximum efficiency.
We are looking for an expert who can provide guidance and expertise in growing the platform. The ideal candidate will be able to develop scoped applications, workflows, UI elements for custom solutions & enhancements. Additionally they must have excellent communication skills in order demonstrate complex concepts effectively as well staying updated on emerging trends technologies within field of work.
