As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue expansion within our SEQ division. Your key responsibility will be to manage and grow a portfolio of trade customers, fostering strong relationships built on trust and mutual understanding.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Portfolio Management: You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, preparing accurate quotations, and ensuring timely follow-up with clients.
* Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with internal teams, including Branch Managers, Purchasing, and Internal Sales, to guarantee seamless product availability and delivery.
* Market Intelligence: You will stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations, utilizing this knowledge to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
* Culture Champion: You will embody Bretts' culture of safety, service, and professionalism, promoting these values throughout your interactions with customers and colleagues.
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or account management, preferably within the trade, building, or construction sectors. Strong knowledge of timber, building materials, and hardware products is essential. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, excellent communication and influencing skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and Google Suite are also required.
