Process Optimization Specialist
This role is responsible for providing technical and improvement initiative support to enhance manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyzing daily production process trends and recommending corrective actions.
* Collaborating with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of process/quality issues and implementing solutions.
* Ensuring production processes meet or exceed quality requirements.
* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the site.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, preferably chemical or mechanical.
* Experience and sound knowledge of manufacturing principles, safe working practices, and process safety.
* Good technical understanding of products and processes.
* Ability to solve complex problems and engage stakeholders.
