Remit
* Greeting and farewell to members and guests
* Monitoring club access for members and non-members
* Answering questions and handling complaints
* Explaining the Judgement Free Zone to all visitors
* Answering phone inquiries and taking messages
* Giving club tours
* Selling memberships and entering data into the database
* Operating POS system and managing overdue accounts
* Scheduling and organizing member sessions
* Maintaining the front desk and club cleanliness
* Performing daily opening and closing procedures
* Supporting new team members
* Completing maintenance and housekeeping tasks as assigned
Experience/Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain within three weeks
* Working with Children (WWC) certificate/number for NSW & VIC, Blue Card for QLD, or proof of application
* Completed a recent National Police Check (within 12 months)
