As part of this, BRE Industrial Products is a growing national division focused on supplying specialised industrial technologies, working closely with system integrators, OEMs, contractors, and end users.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven leader to take ownership of the BRE Industrial Products business unit. This is a senior role combining business development, commercial leadership, and operational ownership, with full accountability for the growth and performance of the division. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the Products business, while also working closely with the broader BRE Services team to unlock additional opportunities across the group. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing business unit and shape its next phase of expansion.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Defining and executing the growth strategy for the Products division
* Driving business development, pipeline growth, and key customer relationships
* Owning financial performance (P&L, margins, and cash flow)
* Developing and managing supplier partnerships and purchasing strategy
* Overseeing day‐to‐day operations including quoting, purchasing, logistics, and stock
* Working closely with internal teams across Electrical, Automation, and Engineering
* Identifying and converting cross‐business opportunities across BRE Services
* Full ownership of the commercial performance and direction of the Products division
Products & Market Focus
* Novaris – Power quality and surge protection solutions
* IXON – Industrial IoT and secure remote access platforms
* Teltonika – Industrial networking and connectivity solutions
This portfolio provides a strong foundation, with significant opportunity to expand into new markets and technologies, including emerging applications within the data centre sector.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior sales or business development leadership role
* Strong experience in business development or sales leadership within industrial, technical, or automation environments
* Commercial acumen with experience managing pricing, margins, and P&L
* Ability to build and manage supplier and customer relationships
* Understanding of industrial products, electrical systems, automation, or related technologies
* A proactive and self‐driven approach, with the ability to build and lead a business unit
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to operate at both a strategic and hands‐on level within a growing business
