The Opportunity
This permanent part time position is based at our Cormack Road Wingfield facility. The Warehouse and Facilities Administrator supports the company by assisting in the safe and efficient operation of the company's South Australian warehouse and facilities; including storage, maintenance and recording of the company's assets and equipment.
**Day to day you will be involved with**:
- Ensuring all goods, materials and hazardous chemicals are delivered, unloaded, stored / stacked, loaded, transported as per appropriate WHSE regulations and company policies and procedures
- Co-ordination and maintenance of company construction stock items, spares and consumables including updating of appropriate registers
- Assist with the maintenance / servicing requirements of the South Australia facilities and updating associated registers in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Arranging calibration of electronic / electrical equipment
- Providing coverage and support for the Facilities Coordinator (SA)
- Liaising with internal stakeholders including Site and Project Managers
**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:
- Previous experience working in stores, warehouse environments or engineering type facilities
- Knowledge in maintaining related assets and equipment
- Advanced level of competency in the use Microsoft Suite particularly Word and Excel
- Materials handling competency
- A current Australian drivers licence
- Forklift licence
- First Aid and Emergency Warden training (or willingness to obtain)
- Sound general understanding of Quality Assurance and WHSE
