Site Manager – Yeronga (Townhouse Construction)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Manager with proven experience in townhouse construction to take charge of a tightly managed build at our Yeronga site. Surrounded by neighbouring developments, this is a role for someone who thrives in complex environments, has a laser focus on quality, and ensures every milestone is met safely, on time, and on budget.
There are just two stages left to complete, each with 14 beautifully designed town homes. One stage is due for handover by the end of the year, and the second early in the new year. If you're a gun and can get this project back on track, this is your time to shine.

About the Role
As the Site Manager for this urban infill project, you'll be responsible for:
* Overseeing all aspects of townhouse construction, from site setup through to handover
* Managing a high-performing team of subcontractors and suppliers
* Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards
* Maintaining build quality that reflects the QA Build standard
* Managing timelines with precision in a constrained and busy site environment
* Coordinating with stakeholders and nearby builders to ensure seamless operations
You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and professional delivery of a multi-dwelling project with minimal margin for error.
What You’ll Bring
* Demonstrated experience in townhouse or medium-density residential construction
* Deep understanding of site logistics in tight urban spaces
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* A track record of delivering high-quality homes, on time and within budget
* Excellent working knowledge of OH&S legislation and practices
* Trade qualification (carpentry preferred) and QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
* Proficient with construction software (Onsite Companion experience advantageous)
* Ability to foresee and resolve issues before they impact program
