The Physiotherapy department at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital is looking for a hardworking, experienced and team-oriented Physiotherapist.
The Senior Acute Physiotherapist will be responsible for providing quality care to patients admitted to the acute wards including ICU.
They will also be responsible for various other tasks including supervising level 1/2 physiotherapists and students, upskilling staff in acute skills, and project implementation.
*This is a temporary position for 3 days per week until 27 December 2026 with likelihood for extension into 2027.

Remuneration: $116,892.00 - $120,680.00 per annum, pro rata(+ super +17.5% leave loading where applicable)

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* A Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration under the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
* Advanced clinical knowledge, skills and experience within the required specialty area, with an emphasis on evidence‐based practice.
* Ability to work as a collaborative team member of a large multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to lead change in a challenging environment.
