About the Role
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients ensuring their experience with Dott & Crossitt is seamless from the very first interaction. Your role will involve:
* Managing inbound calls and emails from clients and referral partners
* Responding promptly to website enquiries
* Preparing and sending quotes for new matters
* Clearly explaining the conveyancing process to potential clients
* Liaising with lawyers, conveyancers and other internal teams
* Building relationships and nurturing leads through timely follow-ups
* Maintaining accurate and detailed client records
* Providing high-quality administrative support
About You
We're looking for someone who brings warmth, initiative and professionalism to every interaction. You'll also have:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in client services or administrative support
* Experience in the real estate or legal industry (highly regarded)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A strong customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport easily
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* The ability to prioritise, multitask and work collaboratively within a team
