Your Role: Make an Impact Every Day As a Casual Community Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in empowering people with disability to live their best lives. You’ll support clients to engage in their community, develop meaningful relationships, and build their independence. This role is both challenging and rewarding, offering the opportunity to create real, positive change. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting clients with daily activities, social outings, and skill-building. Following behaviour support plans using positive reinforcement strategies. Providing personal care with empathy, dignity, and respect. Maintaining accurate progress notes and records. Working flexible shifts, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays. Casual Shifts Available: Before school care (6:00 AM – 9:00 AM) Afternoon school care (2:30 PM – 8:00 PM) Weekends (6:00 AM – 8:00 PM) School holidays (6:00 AM – 8:00 PM) What You Bring Experience in disability support (preferred) or a strong passion for making a difference. Flexibility to work across different locations and shifts. A valid NSW Driver’s Licence. A caring, resilient, and empathetic nature. Willingness to assist with personal and hygiene care.
