We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Outreach Nurse to join our team.
The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering health provision to marginalized and vulnerable adults in Suffolk.
Care will be delivered within the framework of National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines, evidence-based best practice.

The role involves liaison and joint working with partners, especially services working with clients from the above-mentioned groups.
