Reception / Sales Administrator – Full Time

Are you an organised, friendly and proactive administrator looking to join a warm and supportive real estate team? We're on the lookout for a talented Reception / Sales Administrator to be the welcoming face of our beautiful, modern Woombye office.

We're Hiring: Experienced Reception / Sales Administrator

About the Role

This is a full-time, front‑of‑house position providing essential administrative support to our busy sales team.

Hours:

* Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

* Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm

You'll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and callers, while also assisting with a variety of sales administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Front desk reception and client service
* Administration support to the sales team
* Preparation of PO Form 6s
* Contract preparation and processing
* Marketing coordination
* Correspondence with solicitors and external stakeholders
* Maintaining office presentation and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations

About You

We're looking for someone who:

* Has a minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar real estate administration or reception role
* Is a natural multi‑tasker with strong attention to detail
* Enjoys working as part of a close, supportive team
* Presents professionally and communicates confidently
* Brings a positive, can‑do attitude to every day
