We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our brand-new, 54-place service in Charlestown, set to open in July 2025. As the Nominated Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the successful opening and day-to-day operations of our Charlestowncentre, helping to establish a high-quality early learning environment from day one.

About the role:
As Centre Director, your responsibility and time will be spent on staff and their development and operations of the centre.

About you:
* ACECQA Approved Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education
* Experience with staff development & leadership, experience in a similar role advantageous
* Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), ability to develop a QIP
* Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
* Strong computer skills
* Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
* Current Working with Children Check
