The Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner role is a critical component of our team, focusing on providing clinical services to individuals with various presentations, diagnoses and disability types.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with clients who have diverse needs and requirements
* Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans to increase skills and enhance independence
* Collaborate with allied health practitioners, support workers and family members to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
* Assess and observe participants' challenging behaviours and work towards increasing skills and improving emotion regulation

Requirements:
* Qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Occupational Therapy or related field
* NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Practitioner
* Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability and other complex diagnoses
