Seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to oversee payroll and time management systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislative requirements and company policies.
About the Role
This is a full-time permanent position, responsible for processing end-to-end payroll, including payments, deductions, and statutory obligations. You will maintain accurate employee records, respond to payroll-related enquiries, and generate reports as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage payroll and time management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Process end-to-end payroll, including all payments, deductions, and statutory obligations.
* Maintain accurate employee records, including onboarding, terminations, salary adjustments, and leave management.
* Respond to payroll-related enquiries and generate reports as required.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
* Strong knowledge of Keypay software or similar platforms.
* Exposure to Construction EBAs and Awards highly regarded.
* Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship.
