Here is an opportunity for a seasoned Senior Architect or Associate-level professional to step into a pivotal Design Manager role. We are seeking an Architect who truly understands how to project‑manage design from the developer side. Someone who knows the pressures, the timeframes, the approvals process and can confidently steer the early phase of a project.
You will be involved in :
Planning phase management, including early massing studies and design feasibility
Coordination between architects and engineers across mid‑to‑large commercial and apartment projects
Services coordination and clash detection to ensure smooth downstream delivery
Leading stakeholder engagement, managing consultant relationships, and ensuring design intent aligns with commercial outcomes
