Job Description Proven ability to consult and collaborate across local and global teams Experience with recruitment lifecycle, including screening, agency reduction, ATS rollout, and LinkedIn Recruiter usage First line support for ER issues, line manager coaching, and HR policy guidance Ability to contribute to L&D and culture initiatives: Design and delivery of leadership development plans Coordination of CEO panel events and cultural engagement sessions Oversight of employee engagement surveys Execution of EVP and LinkedIn branding projects Capacity to work within a system-led, procedural HR function (agile methodology exposure desirable) The Successful Applicant Willingness to be coached, guided, and challenged professionally with humility and discretion Professional, respectful, and emotionally intelligent approach to stakeholder management Values integrity, authenticity, and discretion in interactions Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver training and high-potential development plans Strong foundational knowledge and experience in generalist HR with particular expertise across talent attraction, talent development, and employee engagement What's on Offer $120,000 to $135,000 + super + bonus 1 day work from home Parramatta offices Opportunity to develop into a fully rounded senior HRBP with guidance and mentorship from an experienced P&C Director #J-18808-Ljbffr
