12 Month Contract – with possibility for extension 4 Day per week, 12-hour days - DIDO from Port Augusta or FIFO from Adelaide. About the Role: Reporting to the Terminal Operations Manager, you will take on a key hands-on role supporting the team across our Pimba Terminal and surrounding sites. As the go-to person for a variety of administrative tasks, you’ll help ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to leaders and staff Coordinate meetings, forums, and stakeholder engagements with a customer-first approach Maintain and report on data using internal HR and business systems Oversee equipment ordering and supply coordination Support day-to-day facility and depot/terminal management Assist in delivering administrative programs and initiatives Manage purchasing transactions in line with service agreements Liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors Ensure all tasks are completed with professionalism, timeliness, and attention to detail About You: You’ll be a highly organised individual with a strong administrative background and a genuine interest in supporting operational teams. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment and be confident juggling competing priorities. To be successful, you’ll bring: Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Sound understanding of HR, financial, payroll and procurement systems and processes Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Available for either DIDO from Port Augusta or FIFO from Adelaide - 4 Day per week, 12-hour days.
