The key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Creating delicious Seasonal menus and weekly Specials that celebrate the produce, are costed appropriately, and are functionally efficient within our small kitchen. Designing appropriate menus and offerings for Functions and bespoke dining experiences. Showcasing the uniqueness of Pearl and its open kitchen with your presence and ideas.
Positively leading your small team of Chefs and developing and mentoring them as part of your daily routine. Overseeing accurate ordering and stock management. Ensuring all budgetary requirements are met, including COGS and labour spend.
Ensuring the kitchen adheres to all Food Safety and Workplace Safety policies and procedures Ensuring the kitchen continues to operate to the highest standards in your absence. Qualification & experience We are looking for a Chef: who can excel in all areas of accountability.
