Join PwC Australia as Senior Associate/Manager, Infrastructure and Deals Tax and make an impact that goes beyond the expected.
Apply now and take your next step with a team shaping the future.What you'll doHelp support the development of investment structures for our clients, with a particular focus on inbound investment structures, including limited partnerships, taxation of trusts and Managed Investment Trusts (MITs).
Work closely with our wider Tax and Financial Advisory business (including stamp duty, transfer pricing and GST), Advisory, Consulting, Legal, Valuations and Private Clients teams to support M&A; projects.Assist clients with Merger and Acquisition (M&A;) activities, including tax structuring and tax due diligence services, and Sale and Purchase Agreements.Research and analyse technical tax issues and preparation of tax reports.Assist clients with their tax compliance, including preparing and/or reviewing of trust and company tax returns.Work with the Australian Tax Office (ATO) to obtain rulings for clients, and make submissions to Treasury on policy matters.Contribute to business development initiatives and proposals.Prepare for and attend meetings with clients.What we're looking forProfessional tax advisory experience in a Professional Services setting.Experience delivering complex projects.Excellent written and communications skills.The ability to collaborate and build relationships in a complex work environment.And importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.Relevant qualifications.What you'll gainThe opportunity to work with leading organisations and cutting-edge technology that challenge and expand your expertise.Flexibility means trusting you to choose when, where, and how you work—balancing what's best for you, your team, and your clients to grow and thrive together.Explicit paths for career progression supported by continuous learning and leadership development.Generous leave entitlements including four weeks' annual leave and float public holidays to support your work-life balance.A world-class parental leave policy offering up to 26 weeks of leave for caregivers, supporting your family and personal life.We know that perks are as important as your financial rewards.
