This is a design‐led architecture practice that sits in that sweet spot between a mid‐sized studio and a larger, established firm. You get the structure, project scale and reputation of a bigger practice, without losing the day‐to‐day feel of a close‐knit team.
They've built a strong reputation in the market, not just through award‐winning projects, but through consistency. The studio has grown steadily, with a team that enjoys coming to work and a culture that is grounded, practical and easy to be part of.
Beyond the commercial work, they're also committed to projects that have a broader social impact. Affordable housing, boarding houses and emergency accommodation form part of their core pipeline, not as a side offering, but as a genuine part of how they operate.
With recent internal promotions at a senior level, there is now an opportunity for a Project Architect to join the Sydney team.
