Job Description
As the Clinic Manager for our Bella Vista 'Sky' clinic, you will provide operational management and support to the clinic, its clients' and staff so as to ensure effective and efficient day to day operations of the clinic.
Some of the key relationships you will need to build and maintain are with the General Manager, the Business and Strategy Manager, the Therapy Manager, therapists and administration staff.

To be considered suitable you will have...
* considerable management experience in the disability sector
* tertiary qualifications in allied health or social science or counselling are highly desired
* exceptional interpersonal and people management skills
* previous experience leading a high performing team within a human services context
* demonstrated capacity to provide support and leadership in a rapidly growing organisation
* outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* a current NSW drivers licence and own vehicle, and the willingness to use this for work purposes
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health or Social Sciences or Counselling would be an advantage
