Responsibilities include:Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver project outcomes on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.Collaborating across engineering and scientific disciplines to develop solutions that meet client and project requirements.Delivering robust, compliant, and high-quality engineering solutions, aligned with regulatory standards.Mentoring and providing leadership to mechanical engineers within the team.Overseeing mechanical engineering aspects of projects, including budgeting, tracking, and forecasting.Managing build activities within structured development programs.Contributing to sales activities and supporting business growth initiatives.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will be an experienced and motivated engineer with strong technical knowledge and a collaborative mindset.
