Job Description
The Clinician will contribute to a research project focused on improving mental health and wellbeing in diverse children with disruptive disorders. The project aims to evaluate the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of a school-adapted parent training intervention matched to individual needs.
The Clinician will work with a team of experienced clinicians to provide assessment and treatment with school-adapted Parent-Child Interaction Therapy to families of children with disruptive behaviour problems as part of a cluster randomised controlled trial.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A Master's degree or higher in a mental health field from an accredited postgraduate program.
* Current registration as a mental health service provider, appropriate to your field of study.
* Proven clinical skills in delivering evidence-based treatments for child mental health problems, particularly conduct problems.
* Prior experience supporting a research project and knowledge of standard research protocols.
* Demonstrated previous experience working with children, families, and/or teachers.

* $100k - $107k per annum plus 17% Superannuation and annual leave loading.

The role reports to the Chief Investigator, Professor Eva Kimonis, with no direct reports.
You will actively contribute to regular clinical supervision sessions, liaise with key stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality and discretion in line with professional standards.
