Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the finance team by providing direction, support, and professional development.
* Manage daily operations of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional customer service.
* Lead a team of four finance professionals, providing supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
* Develop and implement accounting procedures and internal controls to support continuous improvement and mitigate financial risks.
* Reconcile and approve general ledger accounts related to accounts payable and receivable.
Requirements
* Hold a diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field, with relevant experience in a similar role.
* Have at least three years' experience supervising and mentoring staff, with a strong ability to foster a positive and high-performing team culture.
* Possess in-depth knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes within a complex organisation.
* Demonstrate proficiency in financial systems (preferably NAVision) and be confident using a range of digital tools and platforms.
* Communicate clearly and professionally, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
