Role
* Entry and Exit Inspections as well as Reporting
* Routine inspections
* Rental reviews
* Arrears management
* Maintenance
* Bond disposals/ final bond reports
* Landlord and Tenant liaison
* Leasing
* Invoicing
Requirements
* Current Certificate of registration is essential
* Ideally, 6 months experience in Property Management or Real Estate
* High level of communication and attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills
* Solid written & verbal communication skills
* Outstanding telephone manner & time management
* Well‑presented
* Valid driver's license
