Job Description

West is excited to be partnering with a global company who have made a reputable name specializing in medical diagnostics predominantly for Lung Health.
About your new job:
An exciting opportunity has become available due to growth within the business. You will be responsible for a wide range of administration support for the sales, service, and admin teams.
Your duties will include:
1. Supporting the customer service team with inbound calls; liaising with various departments with accurate information upon transferring calls.
2. Customer portal setup, follow up of portal queries for all ongoing portal customers.
3. Preparation of customer proposals, agreements, and tenders.
4. General administration duties such as assisting in the processing of customer orders, processing, order placement with suppliers, order status, receiving, dispatching, plus more.
5. Record keeping and filing as required.
6. Assisting the Executive Team with meeting preparation, coordination, report management, communication, and events.
7. Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
About you!
1. Previous experience in an Administration position.
2. Exposure to systems such as MS Office Suite.
3. You will have high attention to detail.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. A positive and friendly phone manner with the ability to succeed and support our clients.
