The Role
Our home helps provide assistance with daily activities such as personal care, cleaning, and companionship, ensuring that clients receive the best possible support in the comfort of their own homes. This is a permanent role with a guaranteed employment of at least 30 hours per fortnight.
You will need
* Experience: Previous caregiving experience is preferred with a willingness to provide both housework and personal care.
* Reliable & Dependable: Must be punctual and trustworthy, with a commitment to providing the best care possible.
* Excellent Communication Skills: You'll be working closely with clients and their families, so clear and kind communication is essential.

Details of appointment
Permanent part time, day worker position, working 30 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as we can onboard you. Hours are negotiable with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full‐time, part‐time, and casual vacancies.
Salary
$57,130 to $62,486 pro rata per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
Salary Packaging
You'll have access to a salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.

* Certificate 3 in Individual Support / Aged Care or other relevant qualifications if employed to provide personal care
* Current first aid certificate
Position Features
Travel to client homes across the designated region within the North is a requirement of this role.
