Sedgman is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. The role focuses on managing a varied portfolio of contract and permanent roles that are engineering and project focused, with other disciplines as they arise. Responsibilities
* Partner with leaders to understand current and future hiring needs, coaching and guiding them through the recruitment process.
* Proactively source talent for active roles and pipeline opportunities using diverse methods such as social platforms, referrals, and events.
* Manage full-cycle recruitment in collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver optimal outcomes.
* Lead resourcing initiatives, including process improvements, diversity and inclusion, reporting, and marketing/branding activities.
* Deliver a high level of candidate care by ensuring a positive and professional experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
