**Your day to day**
You will enjoy a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment all while focusing on efficient and outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guests experience at Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach is one to remember.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Audit of daily income postings and charges
- Balancing of transactions for the day for the hotel
- Preparation of ledgers for the Finance department
- Daily shift reports
- A variety of guest related and front office duties
**What we need from you**
The successful applicant must possess:
- The right to work in Australia
- A NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol card
- Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
- An energetic, team focused and 'can do' attitude
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of computer literacy - Opera experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous hotel experience in Front Office
