**About the Role**
We are seeking a full time Childcare Coordinator who is interested in creating a safe, caring, quality environment for children at our CGS Care Programme. CGS Care is an out-of-school hours care programme at Canberra Grammar School that provides a combination of indoor and outdoor activities each day and are guided by children's interests and abilities. In this role you will provide a warm and stimulating environment for young children attending CGS Care and implement National Quality Framework practices to a high standard while contributing to the development of programs under the supervision of the Director of CGS Care.
**About You**
You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following:
- A Degree in Education, Diploma of Education and Care or a Certificate 3 in Education and Care and studying towards a Diploma in Education and Care
- Well-developed skills for working both as part of a team and under supervision and direction;
- An interest and commitment to working with young children;
- Administrative and organisational skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence to complete tasks independently, intuitively and flexibly
- A team player that can develop good working relationships with students, parents, staff and the School community
