Role Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. This role focuses on delivering a range of complex projects, including minor capital works, refurbishments, and critical infrastructure projects. As a senior team member, you will provide strategic oversight and leadership across projects while supporting the growth and development of junior staff.
Main Responsiblities
Project Delivery: Lead and manage the delivery of construction projects across various sectors, including federal and state governments, commercial, health, education, and more. Oversee all stages of project delivery, including scope definition and analysis, design management, tendering, property acquisition, construction, variations, program of works, and project handover.
Stakeholder Engagement: Run project team meetings and build and maintain diverse, collaborative relationships with partnered design consultants, head contractors, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and lead the organisation on new projects in alignment with the business plan and Evolve FM's strategic vision.
Strategic Initiatives: Identify strategic partnerships and actively engage with industry stakeholders and networks to uncover emerging opportunities. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Manage Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) obligations on projects,
