PIZZA CHEFS - We're currently hiring kitchen staff for a new venue on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
The venue features hand stretched pizza that are cooked in a two level pizza master electric oven. Full kitchen team to support, you'll need to lead your section during busy services. We make everything in house from sauces to dough to focaccia & toppings.

THE ROLE + THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
- Relevant diploma or equivalent experience required, with a minimum 2 years’ experience required in a similar position
- Good knowledge and genuine interest in pizza creation, fermentation & modern Italian style cooking
- Use correct techniques and follow procedures and recipes when preparing and cooking menu items
- Demonstrate current cooking techniques and equipment to staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can handle pressure and a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent English and well groomed
- Available to work some days, evenings and weekends. The venue will be serving lunch Friday to Sunday, dinner from Monday to Sunday.
